Finally I feel like buying a Peugeot Car

I was searching for used cars as my car failed its MOT test. In due course, I stumble Peugeot site to check if they have any special deals on used cars. Normally manufacturer sites will have a section where they sell/show their approved dealers stock. While I was browsing each Peugeot car that was listed in the search results, I realized that the last car details page layout is completely different from the already browsed pages. First I thought it could be some error or a different dealer stock that has a different template/layout. But when I check the main page in another window, blimey it’s a new whole interface. When I first started the using their used car search feature. It was all dull, compared to their new car section and homepage. Personally, I like this interface. Being updated is competitive to the rival as well as presenting the way new generation intend/like to see.

• Dull colors with intension to appeal customers (at least me)

New – Peugeot Used Car Layout

Revamping their old used car locator to a more vibrant and crystal clear images, a new Peugeot used car locator was launched this month. Launched along with new dealer sites and dealer group sites.

According to my experience, I think Peugeot has tried to address user usability, limited functionality & search engine friendliness issues that existed in their previous version.
The new interface has,

• Clear images
• High functionality
• Interactive search options
• Search Engine Optimized
• Ease of use

The new locator has several search options in addition to the general quick and advanced search.  such as ‘search by price’ and ‘I am not sure what Peugeot is for me’. According to an inside source, the new locator has been built to increase the visibility of the site to search engines to improve their SEO and drive website traffic”.

Today when I tried to check the Peugeot used car section I could not find and was getting 404 page not found error. This is becuase I was trying for http://used-cars.peugeot.co.uk but the actual url is http://www.used-cars.peugeot.co.uk (found this via Peugeot.co.uk Menu).

Peugeot! hope you will sought out the URL issue sooner or at least after reading this..
